We are paralegals and certified translators who went through the immigration process ourselves. Every document we deliver meets the federal standards to the letter.
Individual certification per document
Each document carries its own signed certification under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). USCIS rejects blanket certifications. We never use them.

We are immigrants too
We don't just speak Spanish — we lived the process. We know what it feels like to wait for an answer and why every paper has to be right.

Every translation includes an individual Certificate of Accuracy under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), attesting to the translator's competence in both languages and the integrity of the translation. Across 100+ documents delivered, we maintain a 100% acceptance rate. If any translation is rejected due to a problem with our certification or quality, we redo it at no cost until it's accepted — or refund you 100%. It's that simple.
Every translation we deliver carries my individual certification and my signature before USCIS.

Which document do you need translated?
What people ask before sending their document
No. USCIS does not require notarized translations. What it requires is an individual translator certification for each document, under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). That is exactly the certification we provide. If a notario told you otherwise, they were overcharging you.
If the rejection is due to a problem with our certification, we redo it at no cost. If it's for another reason (incomplete original document, an RFE on other grounds), we help you understand what to correct. To date we maintain a 100% acceptance rate.
No. USCIS requires the translation to be certified by someone competent in both languages who is NOT the applicant or an interested party. A translation done by you or a family member can trigger an RFE (Request for Evidence) and delay your case by months. An independent translator's individual certification is exactly what we provide.
No. A clear photo or scan over WhatsApp is enough to translate and certify. Your originals never leave your hands — and if you ever hand us an original in person, we return it immediately after copying it.
Yes — and it's important that you tell us. The spelling of proper names (accents, second surname, name order) must match your other immigration documents to avoid inconsistencies in your case. Tell us how it appears on your passport and we'll certify it that way.
By email as a PDF. You upload it directly to your USCIS application or print it for your office appointment. If you need a signed physical copy mailed to you, we do that for an additional $12 (includes USPS Priority shipping).
Yes. We also meet the Immigration Court Practice Manual (EOIR) standards for documentary evidence in court. Tell us if it's for a hearing and we prioritize based on your date.
No. We are paralegals and certified translators. We do not give legal advice about your immigration case — we only translate the documents you or your attorney need to file. If you need legal advice from an attorney, we can refer you to a trusted one.
Zelle, yes: to (435) 346-1785 under Daniel Rodriguez. Cash only if you visit us in person in Salt Lake City. For remote service, the easiest option is Stripe (credit or debit card) via the payment link we send you.
